Anything exciting happening?

Anyone going anywhere nice or doing anything exciting at the weekend then?
I am gearing down from all my pleasure and endurance rides this year so have a pleasure ride at Shipley Park on Sunday...nice and easy 10 miles.

im doing nothing with neddys this wkend apart from riding them both each day and thats it!

Hunting tomorrow, opening meet, first time lis has hunted Monty cob, though he has been out with me a good few times, and I am re mounting my coloured, wish me luck!

LOL!!! Yes 10 miles is an easy one for us...we have been doing 15 - 19 milers every week throughout the summer and next year we will be aiming for a few 20 milers!

Going to Harold's park for a spot of BD. Taking Louis to do his second elementary test and i'm hoping he'll do well as he's worked so hard this wk and been trying so hard too! We had a disasterous wkend last wk when we got rained and rained on at Classic Dressage and my car and trailer got well and trully stuck in a field! Took a long time to disslodge!

thanks, i'm off to the yard a bit later to run through the test and hopefully have a good ride (i'm def not in the mood for an arguement!)! Competing can get a bit addictive...you will be back on the scene before you know it though

Off to do a prelim tomorrow, to get Finni warmed up for winter stressage. Then actually have the day free on Sunday. SHHHHH

Celebrating the end of the season! Did last comp of the year on Wednesday so am ready to tackle all those jobs which have been building up over the months. Fencing, new hay store, rearranging feed room, tack room clear out......endless tasks!

And might even partake in a small glass of wine too.....

I am takin the lanky one Show Jumping at church farm tomorrow afternoon, going to try and clip Emerald and ride as many as possible, seeing as tonight is the first time I have ridden since last Saturday due to work and other peoples horses. On the plus side I have one less to worry about as a nice lady has been to buy Deli.
