well ive almost had honey a year now and shes come on great i can ride her properly now and shes becoming much more balanced and jumping well

but i have a question shes allways been a spooky type but this past week shes got so hyper, and spooking at silly little things such as parked cars, rubbish at sider of road , bricks, different coloued concrete etc, she inst normally this bad. is there anything i can do to stop her spooking as much or any ideas why shes being like this just curious. all summer shes been sumwhat a plod now shes a hyper bunny llol whihc is good in some respects but not allways safe

have you changed anything in her routene. Started bringing in, clipped her, changed or upped her feed, riding her less because of the bad weather.

My boy tends to get spookier at this time of year. I think that he does it to brighten up his rides as I get less chace to hack out. I try and avoid feeding him any cereals, just high fibre cubes and chaff.

My horse is being a pain in the *rse spooking at stuff at the minute, as well. Bear in mind what you are feeding her, t/o etc. IMO it's best not to make a big deal out of spooking, just get on with it so they don't get hung up on the spook. I'm sure she'll come out of it. If she gets worse or doesn't settle, might be worth checking back/teeth etc though

My boy changes the minute the cold weather kicks in - try sticking an exercise rug on if she's clipped -makes a difference with my boy (odd but true)

yep shes clipped , but shes been clipped about 4 week now ? this week ive been riding more as im off colleg for the week so dont know really, not changed feed as yet apart from vitamins
mint try the exercise sheet
thing is she does my head in spooking on roads cos it dangerous isnt it lol
