I ran at Llanymynech on Sunday & i had the horses passport checked. The chap inspecting pulled me up about a vaccination that ran 1 DAY OVER from May 2005- May 2006. He has since been boosted May 2007. He says he cannot run for 28days minimum (7 days from his 2nd booster) but he sais he is at no risk so allowed him to run at there event, how does that make sense!?!
I am entered up 4 Milton Keynes & Buckminster Nov & now i am going to lose my entry fees.

Is there anything at all i can do??????????

Sounds very strict indeed.
I have been in the competition office at an FEI event, and let me tell you, some of the big name's horses are definitely more than 1 day over their booster date. The vet on that occasion picked up quite a few errors, and warned the riders concerned, with only the most blatant offenders (where it was noted on the passport that they had been warned before) being ticked off.
Check with BE office, they may ask you to start again, but surely shouldn't bar you from running while wou're getting it sorted out.
NB - under eventing ireland rules we have to abide by the FEI rules, which is every six months (give or take a fortnight).

They were very official about the passports and vaccinations at Llanymynech! I got very nervous stood there waiting while he inspected it with his chart!!!

Definitely ring BE for clarification though before you risk either travelling there and not being able to run, or withdrawing when you could have gone!

I thought that on leap years you had to go one day under! Is it 365 days inbetween vaccs? I know you can get chucked out at RC events on leap year errors.
