Uses OS maps on your mobile and shows where you are.
App is free and you buy the maps of the areas you want to cover.

i do have an app that shows you the route you have just taken, think it might show bridle routes but havnt figured out what each colour means yet. it is very good and can be used for a number of sports. its called endomondo, i have a blackberry so not sure if covers to other phones.
