Equestrian Clearance
I ordered a Christmas present for OH on 7th Dec, emailed them on Wed as worried hadn't received it, just at same time as they rang me to say parcel was back with them as address couldn't be found (courier said he couldn't find my workplace, which is a large office in centre of town, that the same company frequently deliver too...)
EQ put the parcel straight out for delivery that afternoon on 24hr guaranteed delivery. It duely arrived but when I opened it wasn't quite whatI'd ordered ( right colour and size of boot just slightly different style)..back on phone to extremely apologetic girl, who went out to the warehouse while talking to me and took the only remaining pair off the shelf, and again got them sent out that day 24hr delivery. They are here now...all the more fab since they were less than half price too....
