Apple Chaff

Quick question as I'm trying to work out feed costs for winter on Manage My Horse. Does anybody know how heavy a scoop of applechaff is? Thanks.

Its not a lot at all to be honest.. about 500g if your talking a big round scoop.

I only discovered it the other day as someone posted it as one of their favourite sites! Kind of limiting for me and my one horsey that doesn't eat much but useful if your horse management is a bit more complex or you have more than one, also fun to play on to get out of doing work!

I guessed it was about 500g as I know that Hi-fi Lite is 300g and apple chaff is coated which would make it heavier.

Just filled out the feeding advice slip and sent an e-mail to ten different companies at once; will be interesting to see what they suggest
