I started feeding it just a couple of weeks ago after the weather started to warm up and my boy came in covered in huge bug bites. I'd seen some recommendations for feeding it to reduce insect bites etc so thought I'd give it a try. Well it really does seem to be working and since then I've been reading about all kinds of other wonderful stuff that it apparently does.

Is there anyone else out there regularly feeding/using this and if so, whats your verdict?

cool! I feed it to both of mine as a joint supplement. Meant to be good for arthritis in people too!
And says on it increases vitality and appetite- whoops!

I give it to all my animals plus dring it myself. Says it helps with weight loss if you have some when you eat!!
You can also put it on topically onto bruises & bites to soothe. Great for joints to. I just bought 25litres for £37 What i use for neds & dogs & take some for myself at home too!! Well if its good enough for them then it is good enough for me!!
I get the unfiltered or patsturies which they claim to be the best as it has the pectin still in it.

Yes I too feed it and have done for a good few years now, my boy is approaching 30 and has no stiffness and is still in regular excersise. It is an old fashioned 'wonder' and is good for nearly everything from stiff joints to hot flushes ( my Mum takes it for that!) All in all bloody good stuff!

is it cheaper to buy in supermarket or feed shop? I can only find either 500ml bottles for humans or 2lts for horses.

Please tell me what is called and were you get it from? I can only find the clear pasturised stuff but at least it is at least 5% acidity, which so I'm told, is the right acidity.

Thanks

Get it from NAF in a gallon. All the supermarket ones have a preservative in. Did have a look into the one K9H uses but the p&p makes it very expensive to buy online. The NAF one is about £12ish and lasts a few weeks.
