I am going to collect a pony at the weekend who has no passport. The RSPCA are aware (not a welfare case) and I have told them I will arrange a passport for the ned.

How on earth do I do this?!

Thank you!!!

Download a wetherbys application form and get your vet out to do it.My yard owner does this when he sells his babies.
ETS: His foals and youngsters not his kids lol:D

Your vet will be able to do this for you on your behalf and should have a supply of forms too....doesn't cost too much either

I bought a mare with a lost passport.

She was micro chipped so i had to get a vet to do a silhouette and scan her for conformation of her micro chip number, I paid a small fee and Weatherbys sent a replacement with in a few days!

If The horse has no passport at all all you have to do is get a vet to do a silhouette and micro chip it.
Fill in a form for an agency that do passports and pay, roughly about £30.
(you local vets will have a preferred aggency and can even send the details of for you)
