Approx cost of scoping

So I will be booking my horse in for scoping as highly suspect ulcers. Can anyone enlighten me with the cost of scoping? And whether that included staying at the Vets the night before due to being starved? A local practice is offering reduced rates on one of their Gastric days for £75 but it’s not until the end of March and I’m not sure my horse or I can wait that long. Any info gratefully received

£300 at the clinic. £200 in scoping 'days' so £75 is cheap.

However like you I wouldn't wait especially if insured.

£75?! wow. Cost my insurance over £400 for a scope 4 years ago. I'd go for it at that price.

Bit its the medication that cost a fortune !!!

I paid £292.20 plus VAT just for a scope last August. She was already in the hospital so stayed overnight so she could have the scope first thing the following morning.
