Aquamax users - Help!

I posted a week ago asking about this stuff & now it has arrived, we've watered it 3 times yet it still looks like pellets, it says you only need a sprinkling to activate it, so do I keep watering? what should it look like?

Also DA is trying to eat the stuff, anyone elses pony daft enough to try that?!

hi i used aquamax last winter all i did was sprayed it with the hose pipe for five mins or so (it takes a lot more water than you think) then leave it for half an hour then lightly rake over, if it has not fluffed up then spray again ,it sound like you have not put enough water on it, when we first got it i was very surprised at how much you need to put on it .
