Ali decided to show off her cross country skills to the OH by galloping up the field and launching herself over a small rocky knoll. It's about eighteen inches or so across at the narrow end and a foot high. Ali cleared it and then went on up the field in full prance mode...
She's very proud of herself at the moment. Bless her:rolleyes:

yep..they can jump!!!

I have 2 pure breds, Crystal (25) has done a bit of everything in her time, SJ, XC, one day eventing, most things people said 'arabs can't do that!' and I'm hoping Inaya (6yo) will follow in her hoofprints. I've already had her jumping when we free school and little ones on the lunge...she LOVES it and is a natural..very careful over a fence.

Ali has spent the past five years doing very little; chiefly a companion for a younger horse.
I hope to do dressage with her (I'm afraid of jumping:eek:) but I might try popping a small pole or two since she seems to like the idea!

Really wish we had a photo of her jumping it...
