Arc Equine unit for treatment of inflammation of stifle?

Pony had stifles medicated on Friday as slight fluid/ inflammation on both stifles. Her only real symptom is disuniting on right rein when jumping. I have been researching other ways to help her too and came across the Arc Equine unit. I also have a stiff/ painful neck so I'm thinking that we could share it. Before I spend £540, I will speak to my vet obviously and the company but would appreciate anybody's experiences too Thanks

I had a quick look at the website and the science doesn't seem to be very robust...lots of pseudo claims using sciencey terms.....personally I smell bull droppings

Chartered physio with a laser - that will help with the effusion, but I would be wanting the vet to give me a reason for the occurrence of the effusion in the first place. Need to treat the cause rather than just the symptoms.

Disuniting/problem with the right hind is also associated with gastric ulcers so you may find that as a secondary issue if the horse is in pain

I saw it mentioned on here the other day so googled it but wasn't very impressed with the website, lots of recommendations from famous people and very little actual science.
