Arden grange kibble

I bought a small bag of adult chicken and rice to try with my springer, the kibble was dark in colour and little triangle shapes, she really liked it so I purchased a massive bag, got it home and the kibble is different, its flatter rounder pieces and I defo have bought the same variety etc, and she won't eat it, has anyone else had this issue with it

I've found this before. Mine have big bags of AG fish and potato sensitive food. On the odd occasion I haven't ordered supplies in time I've bought a small bag to tide us over, and it looks different- just like you say. I think mine do prefer the kibble in the smaller bags but it would work out even more expensive so they have to suffer the big bags!
