Are horses selling at the moment?

It's not lack of customers per se - perhaps lack of customers for tha type of horse maybe? The audience is seeing something they don't like in his ads - I'd suggest a total re-hash good luck to your friend!

the horse I have just bought had a terrible advert and really bad dark unflattering photos. I was looking for an arab and he was local so I went to look but had he been farther away I might not have bothered.

Definitely worth getting some good photos

NO ! a friend of mine has advertised her almost perfect 16 hands ID X TB at least twice on horsemart and other places as well. she has had no enquiries both times. she started off at a couple of thousand which the horse is well worth if not double and dropped right down . nothing. the ad was good . photos ok. they cant understand it. and reading this , nor can i. it has to be a lack of customers surely ?

That could be her problem though. The Ad cannot be just good it has to stand out and the photo's also cannot be just ok that have to be spot on. The ad and photo's sell a horse. Maybe if she re-does his advert and some very good photo's he might get more response.
