Some have names that don't point to their sex, I do get surprised when someone I previously assumed was female 'outs' themselves as male!

I can think of five regular male posters off the top of my head, but as others have said they tend to frequent Soapbox more than here.

There are other men but they tend only to come out under the cover of night, dressed all in black with balaclavas on.
A fiercesome bunch these HHO girls - unlike me obviously.

So what do you look like in jodphurs?

Hello,

Some of us do use it from time to time, there are some topics that you should skirt around (jo*s, b**ts etc) for fear of waking the ladies. That is unless you like being mauled by a pack of lionesses :D

Welcome and enjoy!

Hi,

Another male of the species here too...

The thing I find the most frustrating is trying to buy clothing like breeches etc, even at HOYS there were only a couple of traders with menswear.

seasonal greetings to all

Hi
I'm another one, fairly new member and yes it's kinda interesting here, you definately need to have a bit of "man filter" on some of the threads and so far the ladies have not bitten at all.

seems like a decent place and is THE place on the internet for any relationship advice your may need - which, btw, is most commonly "dump him, he's not worth it" :p

Cheers
Craig

Relationship advice..... I'm still bloody looking for a guy that will understand that yes I love my horse more than you... Yes I have straw in my hair...

Any man that puts up with a horse woman is a saint I just haven't found mine yet...

Hahaha you and me both.. Also a man that understands why I get up very early in the winter & try to have a lie in in the summer (when boys are out 24/7)

My OH is 6'1 and has Mountain Horse ones... they arn't especially long tho, but they are breeches, so long socks come with the territory!

I'm 5'10 and found that the "Rugged" brand were very comfortable, I had some Croxley (sp?) and they came up very short in the leg.

Mark Todd have been recommended too, and fitted fine but preferred the mushroom/brown colour of the Rugged when I was buying...rather than white!

You boys need to have a look at the Equetech breeches as well:) Decent quality, lots of colours, last well and mid price range. Mainly found online - the link below is from HHO so you get an idea of what they are like. Well worth hunting down though.

As for relationship advice we were all hugely sympathetic to one of the male posters who got used and abused by a woman recently...... we all said he was far to good for her and she wasn't worth wasting time on and offered to get pissed with him:D:D:D so basically the same advice as we would have given another girl - we don't descriminate round here.......;):D:D:D

Welcome to the forum.
It is possible to survive on here for a long time (see my post count) although it does help when most of the users dont know you're male. ;)
Just watch out for a few of the 'ladies' (?) on here. Right hussies they are but mainly all talk. Always asking for pics yet never supply any of themselves. :p
