Are there jacking points on an Ifor Williams 506?

One of my tyres keeps going flat on my trailer so I need to change the tyre on that wheel. Are there specific jacking points on the trailer? I have trolly jack and axle stands if I need to use them.

Ideally see if you can get your trolley jack under one of the axles...and don’t forget to use the axle stands for added safety.

I've been looking around on the Intarwebs but haven't found any document showing jacking points. Even the Ifor Williams brochure for the 506 shows the Trailer Aid.

If you have a high-lift jack (farm jack), you can get an attachment that fits to a wheel to lift up that side of the trailer. Then you'd slip an axle stand underneath while removing the wheel and fitting the spare. Or follow Farmer Chalk's idea of the trolley jack under the axle.

I wonder, does anybody still use tyre ramps? I remember that when I was small, my mother used to have a pair of these for changing the oil on her Morris 1000. A Trailer Aid is really nothing more than a smaller version of a single tyre ramp, and it should be really easy to make one up out of a piece of sturdy wood.

Why mess about with pieces of wood when you can buy the Trailer Aid for a little over £40. It does the job to perfection, and is much safer than using axle stands. You drive onto it in forward or reverse gear depending on whether a front or rear tyre needs changing. Mine must be 10+ years old, it’s a heavy and solid piece of kit.
