I really like these.
My friend linked me to these and they really similar, but I don't know if I like them as much as the black ones, there is a big price difference though.

I ideally want a pair I can use for yard work and ride in, and are waterproof.
(Though it doesn't matter too much about riding in, as I do have a pair of jodh boots and chaps.)

So are either of them good or is there some others I should look at?

i have the Dublin black ones, they're comfy and nice etc but mine has started to fall down now, and not very comfy to ride in cuz they fall down uncovering my calf which then gets pinched by stirrup leathers, not good. Stylish yes, comfy yeas, worth the money no. :)

Have you tried a pair of the Dublin ones on? I'm just asking because I quite liked the look of them and tried a pair on - now I know I have skinny calves but they were ridiculously baggy (worse than wellies) and they would not have been comfortable to ride in.

:)

I've had my Dublin one's for two and half years and I ride in them all the time. I've given up going in wet fields in them as they do leak but they are great for riding in. They've gone a bit baggy but I always wear two pairs of socks so they don't really fall down my legs.

I'm due a new pair so I'll look at all the suggestions as I would like some that are waterproof.

Thank you for the replies everyone :)
I'm now half and half on the dublins, so I'll probably get/look at something else.

Rhino, I haven't tried them on, I was just browsing online when I saw them.
I've had surgery on my lower legs in the past 2 years, so I don't know what my calves anymore in general terms - they are definitely smaller around though. They may of fit fine before then, but might be baggy now? :S
