Are these spurs BE/FEI dressage legal

As title really ... I'm think I'm aware that smooth vertical rowels are ok for FEI but not BE and that roller ball spurs are ok for both but what category do these fall into? Technically they work like the roller balls but are horizontal rowels but they are BD legal. Don't want to bother ordering any if I can't use them.

Ummm it says that they are BD approved for comps.

Would say that are like roller ball spurs, just a different type.

The OP knows that they are BD legal, they say so in the original post.
OP is asking whether they are BE/FEI legal.

That's what I was thinking but do these count as rowel spurs or roller 'balls'? In the FEI eventing dressage rules rowels must be smooth & vertical but in BE rowels aren't permitted. If these are classified as rowels then they are horizontal rather than the permitted vertical. Roller balls are permitted in BE & FEI but these aren't exactly balls.

They are FEI legal as the rowel must be smooth and free to rotate with no reference to horizontal or vertical whereas in BE they have to be vertical so are not legal.
