To be fair - I won't get OH to go unless there's showjumping or cross country for him to watch!

I'm trying to persuade OH to come with me next Sun for the Derby. More expensive but will hopefully be more entertaining.

Both meetings are fab and there's ALWAYS something going on in the international arena and the other 5 outer-areans too. Not to mention the warm-up's a pretty good place to stand around and watch too.

So either or. I tend to go to both each year but am missing the derby meeting because of work. The July meeting is pretty good. Lots of jumping, showing, the eventers grand prix etc etc

both are equally brilliant, if you go this time thought you get to see the derby bank in action which is fab. I am going t both most likely as its a 5/10 mins drive from me!
