Are your horses legs swollen by summer weather?

Is there a correlation between this weather and swollen legs, if so, is anyone applying cold to reduce them?
Having always owned cobs and now with my fist Tb, it seems especially easy to see - and while we're at it, do the teats swell up too in this weather with the seasons, my mares appears to have, but she has very strong squealy seasons?

My legs keep swelling! Horses teats are sometimes affected by fly bites so it could be that under there.

My tb's legs always swell up, vet can't see anything wrong so I think it is just the heat
