Area festivals and lost score sheet

I am desperate to go to the next area festival at Moreton in Dorset but have lost one of the qualifying score sheets. Was wondering if there was any way of convincing them to accept the entry - my horse's results are on the BD website so there is proof there that I have actually qualified? Am desperate to go as I qualified for winter regionals a few years ago and had a bit of bad luck so didn't go and haven't qualified for anything since.
Is there any hope?

what for? the petplans? if so you've only got 2 more days til close of entry anyways. i would think all classes are full by now.
