Has anyone been to one/is going to one? Am entered for the Intro course next sunday, just wondering if anyone can tell me how up to height it is, and what sort of fences are there in the x-country phase? have never been to one before, but thought it would be a good start to my eventing season.

are you doig the whole event or the practice?? went to watch the practice and wasnt good! a few hay bales and rusic poles, but the xc pase for the next day was quite meaty but i dont think ti would be usd for intro! sorry im no help!!!

They have been very good.
You do the dressage then the jumping
Show jumps straight forward then straight onto xc fences whicn are well built and inviting
We did pre novice and novice there was a corner, roll top, trackener[sort of], brush double of road closed.
Pre novice was quite small.Novice was up to height and nice for my horse, he does pre novice eventing. The time was generous and it was really won on dressage scores but then so is eventing at that level
We went to the first one they had they may have changed some things. There were no penalties for knock downs in xc but i suppose that is the same as eventing

Have a great day. I think you will enjoy it ,they are very friendly.Middle photo of sig. is at weston but its at their aff. jumping. First photo is at their dressage

I have done the int/adv class there, highly recommend it! far better than JAS as its actually FAIR! lovely built courses. not at all trappy.
