Arena Fence Gauze in H&H

A few weeks back H&H ran an article on yard designs and one yard had 2/3ft high gauze around the arena fence perimeter. Does anyone know where you can get this from?

It's called gale breaker and some agricultural merchants have them, you can also find it in some garden centres - it is quite expensive though.
