Arena Hire

Hello

I have an arena with floodlights which I am looking to make available to hire in the winter. Does anyone have any experience of doing this in the past and if so if you have any hint/tips/experience you can share with me that would be amazing.

Calculate how many people you’d have to have in to cover your insurance and make decent profit to see if it’s worth it.
Cameras would probably be a good idea in case anyone breaks a fence.

It's not that straightforward especially if it's at your home I think you need a separate insurance policy to do it.
