Arena size for Olympic Dressage

Just watching the dressage and cant help but thinking the arena is mahoosive compared to any arena i've ridden a test in (20x60) are international test arenas much bigger or are the horses just smaller?

It's camera angle as it's definitely a 60 by 20 inside the boards

I am shocked - even the view of the arena on the TV now with no one riding, it looks much bigger

20x60m it's just the angle, the sand colour and how big the whole arena with it inside makes it look. Also the neat white boards help! And the fact that all the help people are a long way away from the boards so make it look even bigger.

My arena is 70x30 and if you take a picture at the right angle it looks ginormous.
