Arena Surfaces

YO has finally got planning for an arena (YAY!!!) but she now needs to research surfaces.
She needs something that she can drive her two horses on and that we can school ours on.
Any ideas?
She has looked into Equi-sand but it's out of her budget.

there is something called comfort ride or something like it its treat and made of wood palets and dosent break down to mulch like live wood bark i was told and arena cost around £1800 ,someone higley recomended it to me at the weekend said the guy is called gifford and advert in farmers guardian
