My mum has gone to the Norfolk show today to watch my friend jump (very old family friend, so surrogate daughter type scenario) and she's just messaged me to ask what I need at the moment for the nags so she can have a look round for me.

I love my mum, she's awesome :)

TBG- that really is one cool mum. Bless her :)

dh, she's been very restrained recently. Apart from telling me my horses are fat she's been quite nice. They are fat, can't argue with her on that one! :D I'm sure she's just saving them up though and normal service will resume shortly!

What a great mum. That's the type I try to be for mine, despite the fact pink everything isn't my cup of tea. Think at age 7 I'd need a mortgage to cover the bill if I asked her the same at the moment!

Awesome mum :0

Mine is particularly awesome as she (and my Dad) have just bought me a horse :)

Despite being very unhorsey she walks to the yard with em at weekends for a Batty snuggle (and soon an Arnie snuggle) and always asks after us :)

I want to be adopted by your mum! My mum is great with makeup, clothes, duty free on the way back from hols - so loving her too, but feel she might need training from your mummy on "horsey retail therapy"!!

Aw that's so lovely, and nice that you appreciate it, my daughter and I were once like that but not these days :(

I was staying at the highland show this weekend grooming and when my mum came up for the day asked if i wanted to 'go for a wander'. The wander lasted a couple of hours and included buying 2 new rugs, new fly mask and treats oh and she even threw in lunch for me. It was the best 'wander' in a while :-D

Go all the awesome mums :D

skint1- I'm sorry to hear that :( Don't give up hope though. My father and I are in the process of patching up a very broken relationship. Things can change :)
