ARG... First EVER show on the BEAST(henry)

ok so not a beast but... still first ever dressage test sunday prelim 17! am V nervous
question if we strike off into to canter on the wrong leg what should i do?
Also my Cobage

Henry(this was ages ago...) has quite a long mane should i plate(SP)?
and what do you do to prepare for your shows... a little running order for me?
Hes rather fast and easily stressed(not that you can tell in that oic lol) any tips for calming :

Good luck with your first test. If you think he'll strike off on wrong leg he probably will so think he'll strike off on correct leg!! If for any reason it's wrong, you must try and correct him. Enjoy your test!

Plan everything in advance and follow a time plan that will help keep you clam and also him!
Just enjoy it!

You must try to correct it if he strikes off on the wrong leg. Just bring him back to trot and try again.
