Argentinian Pelham?

Apart from the fact that it looks different to a regular pelham, what is the difference in action? My horse likes the action of my friends short shank pelham but can't seem to find one with shanks that short! This pelham has nice short shanks so should be less poll pressure but just wanting to double check!

Also known as the Butterfly Pelham, I believe
It is a driving bit, not that that makes a difference.
