Ellie is rather desperate for the farrier.....he's been on holiday recently and the earliest I could get him to come out is next Tuesday....

Thing is, we are planning to go on a sponsored ride on Sunday! She isnt clenchy, and her shoes are not at all loose, but its just her toes are very long and I think she feels it when we're on a solid surface! The sponsored ride is all downland though, only one tiny stretch of gravelled track if I remember rightly, so I think we should be ok!

You would think I should know better, being a farrier's daughter and all

I used to know a guy whose dad ran a dental practice....yet the whole family had the yellowest, mankiest teeth ever! Same with farriers I guess!
