So now the friend who used to tow for me has left the yard, I am now on a mission for a new car and booking my towing lessons and test. I have an ifor 510 trailer sat calling for me to tow it, but I don't know where to start. Car shopping
The car also has to be my everyday car as well however I am currently driving a 3 door rav 4 which literally drinks petrol, so gas guzzling cars are not new to me
People at the yard recommended the mitsubishi shogun, the mechanic said isuzu troopers were good however could be troublesome to fix, the OH wants a truck (as all the space in the back would be 'handy' according to his non horsey approach and I generally just have no clue about cars (especially towing ones)
I don't want to spend a fortune, a couple of £k as will get rid of the rav for a small amount or use it as a part exchange.
Any suggestions?
