My instructor has put me in for a Novice 27 this weekend!
Is it a difficult test?
What movements does it have in it?

Novice 27 has -
half circles
lots of 20 mcircles
medium trot over change of rein
some more 20m circles
and a few give/retake reins in canter
ETA - Its not the most difficult novice test i've seen , the caller just has to be able to say alot of words in one breath

Working trot
bet. F&A
Transition to walk (1 horse length)
Immediately proceed in working trot

Circle right 20 metres diameter with a transition to working canter right over X

Does it have the canter across diagonal and using trot change the canter lead? Thing?

has 5 changes of rein across the diagonal but
2 are cantering across diagonal and then transition to trot at K (if change of rein was MXK ) and you don't pick canter up again afterwards
2 are in trot to show some medium trot strides and
1 is in free walk
