I've just received my new Ariat Bromonts and have gone to put them on and the zip has popped off one side

. I know they fit because I have another pair in exactly the same size.

Do you think the shop will take them back? It's not my local saddlery where they know me.

Or does anyone have any expert tips on how to pop a zip back in?

Bugger, link doesn't work!

This is what it said - Today I treated myself to a pair of lovely chocolate brown Ariat Bromonts, tried them on in the shop, walked about in them - lovely!! Pay for them, hurry home to ride in them... get the naughty horse in and tacked up, go to change my boots and put my lovely new Ariats on.....................

The f**king zip goes They will be going back to the shop tomorrow, i am so cross, i have been swooning over them for months, finally have reason to buy a new pair of boots and they break before i have even had chance to ride in them.

Anyone else had any trouble with Ariat zips? I have had problems with them years ago but had heard so many good reviews of these i thought i'd treat myself!

But a popper broke not the zip. I gave them back to Derby House where they came from, who sent them to Ariat and i had them back within 3 days.

Mine were 2 months old too so not brand new like yours. Take them back to the shop and insist it shouldnt happen to new boots especially when they cost as much as they do.

A lot of Ariat Stuff is really not worth the money they charge, the mark up is horrendous too...I know the Bromonts ARE nice boots tho!!! Take em back and get a full refund or replacement.

A lot of the other brands are the same. The best ones I ever had were Regent ones, and they had a metal zip. I am noticing that a lot of them use plastic zips - which really are pants! They cant hold a lot of pressure at all.
