argh! Loan agreement on the bhs website!!

arrf I just rang up the insurance company to enquire about loan agreements and what needs to be included and they said I could just print off the standard one off the BHS website. I cannot find it anywhere, and this whole insurance business is stressing me out, so, my point is, does anyone know where the loan agreement is on the website?

Go to welfare then there is a link on the right hand side of the page. I have used it before and it is a good format.
