Any stories / opinions? Good or bad?

I got by far the best level of cover quited by them for the cheapest price....but do they pay out???
 
I am with them and I had to claim for something that the vets were not 100% sure they would accept but they accepted and paid very quickly. I have been very impressed with them.
 
Otto is covered by them. We have just had to claim after he ate Razor Blades. Our Vet wanted upfront payment, so the insurance were paying us directly.
The claim form wasn't signed by the Policy Holder, so there was a slight delay (our fault!) but we have just recieved payment for the full amount (minus our £60 excess) without any problems.
They even reviewed our policy without us asking and saved us £5 on our monthly payments, so I am pretty pleased with them!
We have the Platinum cover to make sure any problems he has are covered for as long as possible.
 
Yay I went with the Platinum cover too.....so pleased I have had some good reviews so I don't have to cancel!!!
