father xmas (or maybe just OH) has given me some pennies to buy some riding boots, tried on the above and they were soooo comfy and warm that i am desperate for them! Has anyone tried them? In case anyone has any suggestions I want to spend about £150-£180 on a pair of leather ones - they will need to take a battering round the yard tredging thro mud but also be ok at some local shows, they also need to have a zip back as have fat xmas pudding legs...

I have a pair I use as yard boots and LOVE them!! They are so warm and so comfy. Also smart enought for shows if you look after them. Only thing I would say is they may be a little too warm for summer.

Yes im thinking of getting some for hunting might get a size larger though as my other ariat come up small ebay have some at moment £150 free post might get them, I'm going to sell my M/H caliber boots as not warm enough to hunt in.

I have them and LOVE them.

They do come up long and i usually take a standard fitting in boots but i needed a wide in these.

They are the best boots ever but would be no good for the summer.

I refuse to wear mine around the yard as i would wreck them so i just ride in mine them put them away in a boot bag that way a bit of cleaning and they are kept nice for shows too.

I want another pair so when mine go in years to come i have a back up pair hehe.

I ordered a pair of long ones from Derby House 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received them

, getting a bit peeved now as Ive sent 2 emails and had nothing back!!

I plan to wear them purely for events. So during the winter and also at any cold / wet summer events.

Finally got an email just now - they're out of stock until end of January... Why on earth was I not told this when I made my order 2 weeks ago! They were meant to be my xmas present! Not impressed.
