Ariat customer service - broken boots

I have first hand experience of their customer service which is honestly brilliant, they replaced my pair of ariats when the xip went previously. Was dead impressed to not receive a 'fixed' pair, but a brand new pair!
Anyway, the replacement pair have now done the same... Is it likely they will fix/replace them again, will they have kept my details on record?
 
I had exactly the same prob with a pair of chaps a few years or so ago- the zip kept coming undone! the same thing happened with the replacement pair, and yes, they did end up replacing them with another new pair again and the 2nd replacement pair was fine!

Oh brill, how old were the chaps?
First time round my boots were only 6 months old, this time htey are 9 months old so I don't know if this makes a difference? I only use them for riding in (once a day), not on the yard, they are in very good con no scuff marks or anything and the heel is barely worn.. not that has anything to do with the zip anyway but I don't think they'd replace battered ones!! I see no reason for the zip to have broken again, even after 9 months!
