I bought a pair of Ariat Gaiters in april and last week the popper broke, I called them, they emailed me a free post label and I sent them back. That was three days ago, this morning the sent me a brand new pair! FAB SERVICE!
 
I agree - the zip broke on one of my ariat boots after about 18 months. I emailed them and asked if they could recommend where to get them fixed and they sent me a brand new pair!! I did wince at the price when I bought the original pair but am now very glad I chose them anyway.
 
Have always had fantastic customer service from Ariat, if I have had a problem they have always replaced the item immediately. I dont look at any other boots now.

Likewise - I've only had a couple of problems with Ariat boots before but I've been extremely impressed with the service when I've gone back to them: no quibbles, good manner and speedy service. It's what makes me go back to them time after time - other companies, please take note!!
 
I agree! i sent an email saying my ariat windermeres had started leaking water after having them only 6 months. They emailed me a free post label and am going to send them back!
fingers crossed for a new pair! cos i love them :D
 
Also agree. I had brilliant service from Ariats when my zip broke. They promptly sent me a new pair and were great to deal with. Because of this and the fact that I love their boots, I will always buy from them whenever I need new boots. Great customer service should be rewarded.
 
I also had fab serivce from them when the stitching on my boots came apart, i sent them back and they sent me a brand new pair (and they were a couple of years old so out of warrenty)

Me too!! Had a set of bronmonts, stiching came away sent them back 2days later they phoned me offered me a new pair of boots however my insulated ones where out of stock so said i could have non insulated which i didnt want so returned my old boots next day for me to carry on wearing and they will send me new ones in august when back in stock! well done Ariat!!!!
