Need to replace my much abused Grasmeres before winter. Will be looking at Blair, but having a brief look online I see they've been updated for 2013.

I prefer the look of my pair, anyone with the new ones, are there many differences between them? If not does anyone know of anywhere that still sells the 2010 version?

I have a 2012 pair and love them they are not quite the same as the earlier ones - not sure what has changed for 2013 though? Looked online and couldn't see any obvious difference.

My first pair were bought in 2007, I think. They were absolutely wonderful and wore them almost daily. Second pair were bought around 2010 and small changes had been made. The fabric under the laced part had changed and I managed to put my thumb through it and it ripped. The leg width seemed skimpier and the feeling of quality wasn't as good.
Still a good, comfortable boot but not as good as the original.
If their design department has 'improved' the boot further, I probably won't bother replacing these with another pair. Shame though.

Maybe it was 2012 they were updated, but everywhere I looked online seemed to refer to them as the 2013 model.

Can the older style still be purchased anywhere?

That's what I'd like to know. I managed to find the odd pair reduces online but they were all tiny sizes or wide fitting.

Thanks everyone. I might just hold off til Blair & see if I can find any there, if not I'll resume my online search.
