Ariat Grasmeres and sore heels

I've had a pair for about 6 months and they've been brilliant, but recently they've been rubbing on the backs of my heels and they're now red and blistered. It doesn't matter how many plasters or pairs of sock i wear :/ Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you sort it?

Have your feet grown? Do you shoehorn the boots on? I have to use a long shoehorn or the lining collapses, but otherise, I have no problems with them. Had them a couple of years now.

No i don't, but i'll try using the shoe horn thanks.

I had this! and it was so irritating as they were otherwise great - I think I played around with the lacing up the sides a little and that seemed to make it better.
