My 9 month old grasmere's need new heels. Has anyone had any success at getting these repaired/replaced? Love the boots, shame I walk like I'm still on the horse! Would be nice to get a few years out of a pair of expensive boots.

I'm pretty sure a decent shoe mender would be able to repair them for you - they would probably pare a lot of the worn heel down and stick on a new rubber heel. I have a pair of these and have had them for three years - they are black and had a dark grey suede insert which faded to an unattractive toad green - I dyed suede bit with proper suede dye and hey presto - a new pair of boots!

They are so comfortable I'd say go for it and get them repaired!
