I just wanted to post about the great service that I have just received from Ariat as these days we mainly hear about bad service for companies so just wanted to show that there are some companies out there with great customer service from my experience of them.
I purchased a pair of Ariat stormstoppers about six months ago, I hadn't worn them much over the summer due to the lovely sunshine that we had, once the rain hit again I was wearing them everyday only for a max of two hours, last week I noticed I was starting to get a wet foot and on closer inspection I saw the wellies had split across the front of the boots and had a split on the foot area
I emailed Ariat customer services with photos explaining what had happened, they got back to me very quickly and said they would replace them for me and I have receive the replacement boots today.
I am super pleased that they have replaced them as I love these boots and it's so nice that it was hassle free to have them replaced and has restored my faith in Ariat again
