I just wanted to post about the great service that I have just received from Ariat as these days we mainly hear about bad service for companies so just wanted to show that there are some companies out there with great customer service from my experience of them.

I purchased a pair of Ariat stormstoppers about six months ago, I hadn't worn them much over the summer due to the lovely sunshine that we had, once the rain hit again I was wearing them everyday only for a max of two hours, last week I noticed I was starting to get a wet foot and on closer inspection I saw the wellies had split across the front of the boots and had a split on the foot area :( I emailed Ariat customer services with photos explaining what had happened, they got back to me very quickly and said they would replace them for me and I have receive the replacement boots today.

I am super pleased that they have replaced them as I love these boots and it's so nice that it was hassle free to have them replaced and has restored my faith in Ariat again :)

I'm with you on this...

I have a pair of Ariat Bromonts and the poppers at the top have always been stiff. They'd gotten to the point of sometimes thinking I was stuck in my boots forever. I've had them almost 4 years yet Ariat took them back and replaced the poppers and had them back to me within 2 days no bother :)

Cracking customer service :)

That's great to hear!
It's nice to find a large company with great customer service, I was worried I'd have to fork out for a new pair!

I agree Ariat have wonderful customer service, I have a pair of Ariat short zip up boots, the sports version (part leather part manmade) which were almost a year old and one boot had split across the toe, earlier this year I emailed them for advice on repairs, they asked me to send them in for evaluation- even sent a prepaid return bag !! then sent me a brand new pair of replacement boots within two days. Excellent customer service- guess which brand I will continue to buy in the future when these boots wear out :-)))

Oh yes I have lots of things from them and will happily buy from them over other brands as I know that if theres a problem they will be happy to help, especially with expensive items as it's alot of money if they break and you have to buy new again. I thought I might have to have a fight with them but totally the opposite which is great :)

Ariat are fantastic aren't they?! I had a problem with my mud buster wellies cracking after very little wear, I emailed them just to let them know what had happened as I know some companies like the feedback, and to ask whether others had had the same issue - they got back to me within 5 minutes! They asked to send photos, which I did, and then asked me to return the wellies to them - I did, and to my surprise when I stepped out of the front door the next morning there was a friendly delivery man with a brand new pair of Ariats - I couldn't believe it!
Their products may be expensive but I will keep going back to them as I was jsut so impressed with their customer service. x

You can't go wrong with that! This was the first dealing I had with them for a problem so was a little worried that I may have a fight so was super to get great service, I would rather pay for their products for that reason :)

The exact same thing happened to me, although they just wanted photos as proof & then photos of the old boots destroyed so that no-one else was tempted to wear them. I am super impressed (but I hope my new mudbusters last longer!)

Hunter have horrendous customer service. Wouldn't ever buy from them again. Not that I would anyway, I think they have gone downhill.

I had 3 pairs of Hunters before I bought the Ariats and they all split and I had to throw them all away with one winters use! If I was hard on them and used them all day, 7 days a week I would understand but I only use them for a max of a couple of hours a day in the winter and hardly at all in the summer, thats why I decided to buy the Ariats as I thought they may last longer before I had to buy new ones, at least they have replaced them with no hassle.

Always heard great things about Ariat customer service, I am on my third pair of Bromonts (over very many years I hasten to add!) and wouldn't buy anything else.

They're doing themselves a lot of favours as a company with their excellent customer service.

It's nice to hear that there are so many of us that have had good experiences with them and because of that we're happy to share our experiences and many other people will buy their products because of this so it's a win win situation for all involved, I think other companies should learn from this :)

I wrote Hunter a Long detailed polite Letter about their Original Boots and their problems they sent me a Pair of Galloway bamboo Carbon Boots still going strong 3 years later.

Ariat are great as are Dubarry who replaced my worn everyday galways when the sole spilt after over a year the retailer returned them and they sent him a credit note so I could pick a new pair .

I had rubbish customer service from ariat and won't buy another pair, my Windermeres split on the side, they glued them and sent them back. They were less than a year old , I have needed to keep gluing them ever since as the slowly split further around.

Ariat have replaced my Connistons twice (both due to zip issues) and my Brmonts once (leather peeled). Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Ah, interesting as I used to really rate Ariat willies but last year got through 3 pairs in6 months as they leaked where the sole was fixed to the shaft of the boot. I dealt with the shop, as you should as your contract is with them.
They were fine and replaced them. However, I had to wait a while before they were replaced.

The last pair also sprung a leak and I have now chucked them out and replaced them with Le Chameau (which have been perfect!)

Should I retrieve my 3 month old Ariat broken wellies and contact customer services?

Eek! Predictive text 'willies'!!!
