I fell off Mystic on Mon, he tripped, went down on his knees (in the field) and i went flying over his head, I cut my arm (not sure how) and have a painful shoulder, back and hip on left side and set my bad right wrist off again. OH wants me to go to the docs as he says my clicking joints are not normal:o
Now today i am getting a cold and it feels it is going to be a bad one. :(
I've got my first ODE on Sunday and really hoping i am not still sore then and the cold doesn't come to much.

Sorry had to have a moan.

:( oh dear. Have a hug, things do happen at the worst time. My medic friend says joint clicking is just normal for some people though, so if it makes you feel any better, I can second Jenhunt on that one!

Just realised that sounds odd as there never is a good time to fall of and hurt yourself :o
My joints don't hurt when they click, apart from knees and wrist but there is something wrong with those - yes i know i sound like a walking disaster area when it comes to my body/health.
Im dosing up on lemsip max tablets, multi vitamins and throat lozenges, anything else that might help?

no, mine don't hurt either. they just make noises. If someone walks up the stairs behind me they can hear my knee joints grating. that kinda hurts but not enough to stop me doing it! can recommend glucosamine and chondriotin tho as it does help if you peersever and take it routinely for a good length of time.
