Arthiritus Pain Relief

I've got my elderly bitch on cortaflex which seems to be helping a little - although she hasnt been on it long.

I'm wondering about pain relief for her - maybe devils claw or something like it?
I know it maybe unnecessary, but I want to feel I'm doing all I can for her!!

Any advice?

Sorry, I have never had a dog with this hence no reply, try searching HHO (there's a search option up there ^^^) for Cortaflex, devil's claw, arthritis etc, whatever key words you think are important and any discussions there have been already will come up, hope this helps x
