Just wondered what anyone feeds as a supplement to help with arthritis?
Mare was really bad just front right knee vet originally said no riding, then agreed to walking out. Although highly strung said mare still wants to canter etc every time we see grass and obviously felt off. Yesterday took her in a soft field and asked for trot to see how she was feeling, she set off in canter and was feeling nearly back to normal self and so i proceeded to school her for about ten minutes which she loved and she felt pretty sound. Today trotted her up before went for a walk out and she was okay slightly feely, came back from hack and trotted her up again and she was lame again. She is currently on one sachet of bute and some cod liver oil in the morning. YO has suggested devils claw? Any help greatly appreciated.
