Arthritis

The horse I share has been diagnosed today as having mild arthritis in his elbow as well as something going on in his pastern area they are still unsure about.

But I've not dealt with a horse with arthritis before and was hoping someone could give me an insight into how it can be treated/maintained and what the horse can do once diagnosed exercise wise.
