More puppy piccies! Cindy is now 12 weeks old. I think! She had her first walk today, just a wee short one and is now wrecked

Ohh..what's that you're holding?

Is this my best side?

I'm gonna be a good retriever, look what I found!

With big Tina.

LOVE that last pic. Wouldn't it make a beautiful portrait. There's someone on here who does amazing paintings of horses, does she do dogs too? Does anyone know who I mean?

Oh she is Cala! But she has the sweetest temperament. A bit timid, but we have since heard that the guy who bred her is very hard on his dogs so we're wondering if he managed to scare the pups somehow? Although she is coming round more and more each day

Isn't she just mini? Yeah, shes quite good at getting her wee ears inside out

I missed a really cute piccie though they were lying sleeping but Cindy had one of her paws and her wee head resting on one of Tina's paws!

Just looking at that pic I can't believe how grey my big girl is going round the muzzle!

Yes we finally got one

This is little Cindy we got her at 10 weeks old about 2/3 weeks ago (can't remember which!

) She was clearly the runt of the litter which may have put a lot of people off but we just fell in love we her. She's quite timid to start with but now she knows us all she's so friendly. As soon as I go to the house she is running to give me a kiss on the nose

Her mother was also quite small but lovely looking girl (although a bit too white for my liking, but as you can see this wee one will hopefully turn out quite golden) I shall have to get a copy of her KC reg to let you and Widget have a look as she was asking what lines she has as well.

Has to be said, Tina wasn't too impressed to begin with but they now get on great.

We planning for a second pup in Spring.... Loki will be about 15 months old by then - already excited...

He's a lovely dog. Very proud looking. Yes, it is quite unusual to see a choccie out on the field. As I'm sure you're aware they are that bit more hyper than yellows or blacks and haven't got as good an attention span.

In saying that my unlce knows of a 3 legged choccie lab that is a cracking gun dog.

She is so blimmin' cute, Gina!

And that chocolate boy is lovely. There is a chocolate Lab at our dog park who is the best fetcher there--even better than robotic Stella

That is the best looking choc I have seen.
But saying that I know of a lady that works choc's & she has at least 4-5 of them & they can stay as long as any black or yellow dog in the field!!

I do think he's handsome... I was not up for getting a choc as had heard they more hyper etc. but Loki's litter was all black and mum is so calm... and I thought that it wouldn't matter that dad is choc as he is a worker - and gorgeous

k9h - not sure where that person is - but the choc above works in the Midlands... his owner has dogs in all colours tho - that she works..
