I live just down the road and he will just sell another dodgy horse to pay this off. What were the costs to DEFRA etc of dealing with the EIA I wonder?

When the maximum fine is £5000 per offence and he had 3 passports incorrect

As Dianeholmes says--what was the cost to DEFRA?
Plus the worry for local riders and horse owners
