Didnt want to ask,and sadly i have no pic,but...
My friend bought a 3yr old mare in june 2009,in the hope we would have had her backed and ridden away by september(because she started her degree then,so she would have been ridden at weekends till the weather set in and then turned away till spring, come spring lighter nights etc her schooling would really start),sadly she cut herself in the field which set us back ALOT,the injury will not cause her ANY probs at all in her ridden career...
anyway,lol,She is a 16hh bay mare(obviously,lol),by co-pilot(warmblood,the jumper not the coloured

)very pretty and well put together(plenty of bone)4 this yr,is amazingly compact for a mare!Temperament amazing, loads well,we loaded her and took her to an indoor school for a wk,and by the end of the wk we had a rider sat on her and being lead around unphased! She has amazing paces!
I realise it is difficult without a picture, and sadly my friend really hasnt the time to do any more with her,uni pretty intense as she doing the nursing degree...What would you consider paying for a horse like this?

I know naff all on breeding, bloodlines and values, (I go by the 'depends how much you think they are worth'). I paid £750 for my 10 month old then colt that has some decent TB lines in him (only know this through posting on here), and the same type of yearlings as him were advertised else where for sale between £1,800 - £3,000 mark!!!

I did a refined search on horsemart with the same basic info of your friends mare and it came up as £2,750 for both horses which matched the search. Have no idea if they have decent bloodlines or what not but gives you something to go by? http://www.horsemart.co.uk/Warmblood/B/h...ds_aid_max_qf=4

Hope this helps xx

If the selling business wasnt so crap right now Id probably say around the £3000 mark because of breeding but I doubt your get that at the minute x
