Aspirin for dogs...

Just was wondering whether actually I could give Flick a whole aspirin as a pain killer tonight? I automatically give a dog half an aspirin, but that was when I was dealing with cavaliers and whippets

Flick is 23.5 kilos (weighed tonight!) so could she have a whole tablet do you think?
